Each template's detail page contains an "Add to Cart" button that takes
you to our shopping cart page. You can either checkout or return to continue
shopping. During the checkout process, you can choose to pay with your credit
card or through your PayPal account. On approval, you will be directed to
a page where you can download your template file(s).
What about the images used in the templates?
Pre-Licensed Images: Our templates may contain images or photos
provided by third-party providers. We have
obtained the necessary licenses, rights, or permissions to use the images
within the template. You may use such images within the template, but do not
have the right to use the images separate from the template. You are bound
by the license agreement and copyright of the third-party image providers.
Watermarked Images: The template may contain watermarked images
or photos provided by third-party providers. We have obtained permission to incorporate these sample images within the
template. If you wish to use these images for your web site, you are required
to purchase the non-watermarked version directly from the vendor.
My credit card was declined. Now what?
The most common reason a credit card is declined is that the name on the
card, the billing address, the zip code, and the 3-didgit code do not all
match during the verification process. We have no control over how or why
a card is approved or declined. Often when a card is declined, the reserve
amount is still deducted from your available balance for 24-48 hours before
being replaced. If your card was not approved, we recommend you contact your
credit card company or bank immediately and report the problem.

have about your web template.
Expression Web Questions:
Can I change the template's colors, graphics, text...etc.?
Each template is different. While font colors can be easily changed by
editing the CSS file, other colors are actually images. You should assume
that the colors cannot be changed. We recommend you read through the "see
in action" pages for specific details. If you cannot find the answer to your
question, please email us.
Can I add more pages, delete pages, and rename pages?
Absolutely! Templates are designed to be flexible. You add additional
pages, delete pages you do not need, and even rename pages to be better suited
to your site. We have tutorials on our Help Center covering these topics.
Can I delete your branding logo?
Yes! Once you have purchased the template, you may remove any links
back to our site, remove our logo from the home page, etc.
My new images aren't showing up. What's wrong?
There are several common reasons why an image may not show on your page.
Most often the cause is using the wrong file type or the image file path is
wrong. New images should be saved as either a .gif, .jpg, or .png. Images should
be located in the images folder of your web. File names and their extensions
should be lowercase with no spaces. It may also be a known Internet Explorer "bug". For
more information, visit our help center at:

ProStores Questions:
What is a ProStores template?
ProStores is a hosted ecommerce provider. If
you would rather spend time building a business rather than building a web site, this may be the best
option for you. A
ProStores template consists of several template files (.tpl) and images for the look and feel of your
store. We also supply support documentation along with other items you may need.
Your products' images
are stored in a database. You can have several "store versions" which allows you to change the look of
your store with just a few clicks. Your inventory remains unchanged.
Why is there no "See In Action" so I can see how it works?
Unfortunately, we don't have the option of showing all of our ProStores templates "in action." A ProStores site allows you to have only one active store at a time. While you can have multiple
store versions, each with its own unique look, only one can be accessible in a browser. Even though
most of our templates are also available through http://ProStoresTemplates.com, where there is a "see in
action" version, there are some issues with the sample stores that will not be an issue with your
"live" store:
The sample stores' product images have not been optimized to ensure they are not too large.
When an image is too wide, it can distort the page layout. ProStores has an automatic setting that
will resize your images to an optimum width. While you can override this setting (as evidenced in
the ProStoresTemplates.com see-in-action versions), we recommend you start with the default
settings for image sizes.
In the sample stores, you are not able to test the "Add to Cart" and "Checkout" features.
(This makes sense -- it's only a sample store.)
In a real store, you can add your own content that will show on the home page, the about us
page, and more. This content has not been added to any sample store.
In a nutshell, your live store will look infinitely better than the sample stores. We put the
same care and attention into our ProStores templates that we do for our Expression Web and
Dreamweaver templates.
We do have a ProStores account that we use for template development. If you would like to see
what's on our drawing board or how our templates work, you can visit our ProStores site. Remember
this is our test site. So if you drop in and things look a little strange, it's
because we are working out any issues before the template is added to our catalog! Products shown
on our test site are samples only.
Can I change the template's colors, etc.?
Each template is different. While font colors can be easily changed by editing the CSS file, other
colors are actually images. You should assume that only the font, links, and heading colors can
be changed.
What's included in the template package?
1. A templates folder that includes the following:
header.tpl, footer.tpl, and storefront.tpl (home page layout with Welcome text and up to 5 featured products)
checkoutcustom.tpl (used for the one-page checkout option)
checkoutcss.tpl (used for the one-page checkout option)
fixed-width layout designed for a minimum 1024 browser width, with expanding background
cross-browser tested. We ensure that our templates work in today’s web browsers.
2. A zipped images file that includes the following:
graphic files (for the template design) and cart buttons
external CSS file (controls fonts, colors, positioning, and more)
3. Support files:
source file in .psd format for the header image. [Image editing software required to edit source files.]
We also include a "blank" logo image.
template instructions detailing the information you need to get your store up and running quickly,
along with our license agreement.
How do I add my own site name?
The template uses the "logo.jpg" image that has our sample business name applied.
If you wish to use a logo image, you will need to edit the included logo-blank file and upload it to your new store version.
In the download package, you will find a "blank" logo.jpg file. You can add your text using any image
editing software program. You can then use your favorite font, apply effects, and more. We have detailed, step-by-step tutorials available on our Help Center.
Can I edit the footer file to remove the credit link and add my own details?
Yes! Once you have purchased the template, you may remove the link back to our site from the
footer.tpl file. Go to Store Design > Page Template Manager. Click on Footer. In the Basic Editor, you
can edit your store address, phone, and email address. You may also delete our "Designed by
RTBWizards.Com" credit link. Once you have made your changes, click Save and Publish. We have detailed, step-by-step tutorials available on our Help Center.
How do I install the new template to my store?
We have detailed, step-by-step tutorials available on our Help Center. There you will find lots of in-depth
information on working with your new ProStores template package. We also have a free
Ebook Guide for ProStores available.
Finding the perfect template isn't always easy. Each item in our catalog
has a certain look and feel. Sometimes it is best to start with pencil and paper.
Make a broad list and then narrow it down.
To help you in locating the best match for your site, we offer the following
tips:
Page layout: This refers
to how and where the various items on the page are located. Start your search
to those templates whose navigation, logo/name area, sidebar, and content
are pleasing to you. Remember that some navigation areas may be limited in
the number of links they can hold. Make a list of templates that meet this
first criteria.
Color Scheme: Colors are
individual and impact the first impression your visitors receive. Narrowing
your search further, eliminate templates that don't fit with your color ideas.
Imagery: We categorize templates
primarily by the imagery used. However, that template tucked away under the
Education category could be the perfect match if the images were changed to
something specific to your industry.
