Terms of Use

Before you download or use any of our Expression Web or ProStores templates for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and have read our License Agreement. By using or purchasing a product by Round the Bend Wizards, we assume that you accepted the terms of use which are given below.

Software Requirements: Each template package requires that you have the appropriate software in order to open and edit the template files.

Ownership: All templates remain the property of RTBWizards.com. In short, you own your content and imagery; we own the design. Because templates are frequently sold multiple times, it is not possible to grant design copyright exclusivity to an individual who purchases one of our products.

Unauthorized Use: You may not use our products, whether modified or unaltered, on a disk, website, or any other medium and use it for resale purposes. If you would like to promote our products, please contact us for details.

Licensing: Purchasing a template gives you a license to use the product one time on a single site. If you wish to use a template one more than one site or location, an additional site license must be purchased. A license does not allow the redistribution of the product in any form. If you are purchasing a template for a client project, be certain that you are selling your service to your client and not the product itself. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your license to anyone.

Modifications: You are allowed to make any changes and modifications to any template package to suit your needs. You may not remove the copyright information in the source code. Visual copyrights, for example the copyrights in the theme footer, can be removed.

Demo Content: Re-use of any demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The sample content is for demonstration purposes only. You should replace our sample content with your own BEFORE you upload the site to your web host.

Support: We provide technical support for our products as quickly as possible during normal business hours. Note that it may not be possible to offer free support on products that have been heavily modified.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download from our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem.

Warranty: Round the Bend Wizards gives no warranty or guarantee for our template packages other than stated in our License Agreement. Browser compatibility should be tested by viewing the "see in action" version of the templates. Please ensure that your browser works with the template. We cannot guarantee that the products will work with any third party application. We cannot predict the future, so cannot guarantee how long a template work in a new software release or browser release.

Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right to change or modify our Terms of Use, Policies, or License Agreement at any time. Further, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any template without notice.
