Where's the CSS File?

The css file (styles.css) is contained within the images.zip file. If you need to make changes to the style sheet, you will need to unzip the file. You can then locate the style.css file and open it in Notepad or other plain text editor.

Note: Parameters have been carefully set, so please be sure you know what you are changing before making any edits to this file. If you have your heart set on making changes to the style sheet, at least make a backup copy of the original.....just in case.

Once your changes are made, you will upload the revised CSS file the same way you would upload a single image. See the topic on Uploading Images.

Know What Version of ProStores You Have

ProStores will often make improvements and will issue a new ProStores version. You can find out what version you have by clicking on the Home tab.

At the bottom of the page you can see what ProStores version is installed.

How to Contact ProStores for Help

While we can give you lots of support for template-related issues, you will need to contact ProStores if you have technical issues with your store. Unfortunately, this contact information is difficult for the new user to find.

Clicking on the "Contact ProStores Customer Service" link will open a new window. There you can find support phone numbers, help files locations, and an easy way to open a Support Ticket.
