I believe that what people want is easy. When half the people who visit your website can't even figure out the remote for their DVD player, you want keep it as easy as possible. That means our templates contain clear navigation and some very nifty designs.

Because we realize that not everyone can get the perfect look for their site by using a stock template from our catalog, we offer design and modification services.

Support

We provide technical support for our products as quickly as possible during normal business hours. Note that it may not be possible to offer free support on products that have been heavily modified.

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download from our site. If you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem.

Software Requirements

Each template package requires that you have the appropriate software installed or have the appropriate platform services in order to open and edit the template files.

Free Services

We can add your site name and slogan, as appropriate to replace our demo text, using the same font and color within 14 days of your purchase. We can also replace our main watermarked images (up to 3 if in slideshow) with your own within 14 days of your purchase.

Note: we do this once for free - additional changes will be charged our usual fee.

For free services, just send us an email stating the name and number of the template, along with details regarding your modifications. Allow 3-5 business days for us to complete your request and return new images to you via email.

Support

We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your template package.

Regrettably, we do not have the resources to help you integrate third-party applications and scripts or to help you set up a database.

Please note that all custom work is on a first come, first served basis. Since we are limited in the number of custom projects we can handle each month, please contact us for availability.

Extra Help

If your template does not display correctly after you have made your changes, it is usually a minor issue like an embedded style or missing HTML tag. We can help you troubleshoot your code to find the errors.
