Downloading Your Template

Once you have completed the purchase process through our shopping cart system, you will be directed to a page that has a link to the template file. There are instructions on the page to help you proceed.

• You should download your template soon after your purchase is approved. The link only remains active for a short time.
• Click on the download link to start the process.
• When the File Download box appears, click the Save button. This will open a Save As dialog window.
• Save the file to a convenient location on your computer. We recommend saving the file to your desktop. You can always move the file to another location later.
• Once your file has been downloaded, continue with the instructions on the screen. You will be directed to a "Thank You" page that also gives you this information plus some further details.

Having Problems?

If you have any problems downloading your template files, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the template you ordered. Once we verify your order, we will email your new template files to you as quickly as possible during our regular business hours.

Your download file is a zipped (.zip) file. You will need a zipping utility program to open the file and extract the contents. We recommend WinZip that can can download and evaluate for free at http://www.winzip.com.
