Adding and Deleting Pages
There are a few different ways to create a new page for your web site.
Create new page:
- Go to File > New > Create from Dynamic Web Template.
- In the dialog window that appears, select the DWT page you want to use.
- Click OK.
- You may receive some prompts, but click Yes to any options.
- This will create a new page based on the DWT with editable regions ready for your text.
- You will then need to change the file name and the page title.
Using the Save As Function:
- Open an existing page.
- Go to File > Save As.
- In the dialog box that opens, give your new page a file name and a new page title.
- This creates a duplicate page, but with a new name and title.
- You can then delete the existing content and add your new text.
Deleting Pages:
You can easily delete the pages you do not need. In the folder list, right-click on the file name and select delete from the menu that appears. Note: Once you delete a page, it is gone for good.
You can also select multiple pages by holding down the Control key and highlight the pages you want to delete. Click the delete key on your keyboard.
