Free Services

We can add your site name and slogan, as appropriate to replace our demo text, using the same font and color within 14 days of your purchase. We can also replace our main watermarked images (up to 3 if in slideshow) with your own within 14 days of your purchase.

Note: we do this once for free - additional changes will be charged our usual fee.

For free services, just send us an email stating the name and number of the template, along with details regarding your modifications. Allow 3-5 business days for us to complete your request and return new images to you via email.

Support

We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your template package.

Regrettably, we do not have the resources to help you integrate third-party applications and scripts or to help you set up a database.

Please note that all custom work is on a first come, first served basis. Since we are limited in the number of custom projects we can handle each month, please contact us for availability.

Tutoring & Extra Help

If your template does not display correctly after you have made your changes, it is usually a minor issue like an embedded style or missing HTML tag. We can help you troubleshoot your code to find the errors.

If you feel you need a bit of extra help, we able to arrange tutoring sessions at a convenient time in blocks of one hour. Telephone support is limited to customers in US and Canada.

1. Site Name and Images

Allow 3-5 business days for us to complete your request and return new images to you via email.

We can add your site name using your font and color specifications. We can also incorporate your logo if it is on a transparent background. [$30]

If the free services have expired, we can still replace our watermarked images with those of your own. [$30/image]

2. Template Color Change

If a template's colors are not quite what you need, we can change the color scheme to your specifications.

This includes remaking the graphical elements, changing the color references in the CSS file, and then repackaging the template for you.

Allow 5-7 business days for us to complete your request and return your new template to you via email.

3. Structural Changes

For our templates, we can make structural changes to further customize your template. These modifications include:

Changing the template width
Making header or footer areas larger or smaller
Moving or changing positions of graphical elements
Modify or changing navigation structure
Incorporating slideshows
Adding dynamic menus, etc.

4. Convert to ProStores

We can convert most (but not all) of our templates so they can be used for the ProStores ecommerce platform. Contact us for details.

5. ProStores Installation

Installing your new ProStores template is easy and we offer step-by-step instructions through our Help Center. If you would like for us to install the template for you, we charge a nominal fee. Contact us for more details.

6. Exclusive Use

"Exclusive Use" guarantees the template will be permanently removed from our catalog (and any 3rd party resellers) and will no longer be available. The license allows you to develop an unlimited number of projects based on this template, but you cannot resell the template.

7. Site License

If you have purchased an Expression Web template or a Joomla template for one web site, and want to use the same template for a different site, you can purchase an additional template license. You are purchasing a site license only. Any editing or changes, including logo or image replacement, will be charged at our normal rates.

8. ProStores Site License

If you have purchased a ProStores template for one web site, and want to use the same template for a different site, you can purchase an additional template license. You are purchasing a site license only. Any editing or changes, including logo or image replacement, will be charged at our normal rates.

9. Template Replacement

It has always been our policy to replace your template package for free within 30 days from the date of purchase. If this time has expired, send us an email with the date of your purchase and the template name. Once verified, your replacement template will be emailed to you as soon as possible during our normal business hours.

We cannot replace templates that are no longer in our catalog.
